Job Title: Hospice Shop Team Leader
Hours: 21 hours per week (any 3 days out of 7)
Are you a retail professional looking to make a difference?
We are looking for a self-motivated Team Leader to manage our Harlech shop three days per week.
Acting as an ambassador for our charity, you’ll create innovative ways to generate donations and present merchandise, both throughout the store and in the shop window, in an attractive manner. The post-holder will supervise the day-to-day activities of the shop from handling stock, monitoring sales as well as the financial tasks such as daily banking and reconciling cash receipts with the aim of contributing to the income generation for the Hospice.
You’ll actively manage and retain a team of Volunteers to assist in the shop and help to develop their skills to ensure that they provide a superb customer experience.
