It’s time to dig out your jolly jumpers in aid of St David’s Hospice
This December, we are asking you to wear your festive knits to help us raise the much-needed funds for patient care services, by hosting your own Jolly Jumper Day!
Here's what you need to know...
Getting involved in our Jolly Jumpers campaign is easy!
You pick the time & date of your Jolly Jumper Day, and our hospice elves will supply you with everything you need to make it a success, including posters and promotional materials.
We are suggesting for each participant to donate £2 to St David’s Hospice.
However, you can set the donation amount if you like. Whether its £1 or £5 every penny raised will make a huge impact to a patient in our care.
Jolly Jumpers is open for ANYONE to get involved in, even your pets!
Whether you would like to take part with your school, friends, family or workplace we would be so grateful for your support!
