Bryn Williams and his team of chefs are renown for turning simple, seasonal and local ingredients into extraordinary bistro style food.
On Thursday 9th May, he will be hosting a unique dining experience at his Porth Eirias Bistro to raise funds for local hospice care.
The afternoon starts at 12noon with a glass of prosecco on arrival and from there you will take your seat to enjoy a delightful three-course lunch prepared by Bryn and his team.
Bryn has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. Working under Marco Pierre White, Michel Roux and then became senior-sous at The Orrery for four years before opening his own branch of restaurants. He is a regular on celebrity chef programmes, including appearances on Saturday Morning Kitchen.
After lunch, Bryn will talk about his experiences in the culinary world, along with reflections on the success of his restaurants, his life influences and what inspires him.
