hese are the terms and conditions for the St David’s Hospice Online shop. Those wishing to buy must do so using a credit or debit card; there is no invoicing facility. Purchasers must also have a working e-mail address.

Your order is subject to the following terms and conditions. These may change from time to time.

1. Prices & post and packaging

Please note that whilst VAT is included in the prices, the prices shown are excluding postage and packaging. You can review your delivery charges as you shop by checking your online shopping cart.

2. Delivery

No goods shall be supplied without payment.  

We regret that we are unable to deliver to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.

We aim to despatch within 5 working days (if the item is in stock).  If we cannot despatch within this time we will contact you, by email or phone call, with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping to UK mainland is calculated as follows:

£1.00 per calendar

£1.00 per pack of ten cards

3. Your order

We will do our best to fulfil your order but cannot guarantee to do so. An email receipt will be sent to you and St David’s Hospice confirming your order. You must keep email receipts as proof of purchase.

4. Payment

All credit/charge card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order (and notify you that we have done so). The goods remain our property until you have paid for them.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure your online transaction is secure. All transactions are processed through Secure Trading Ltd.

All the information you provide on the payment page (including your credit or debit card numbers) is encrypted. St David’s Hospice does not have access to and will never hold your payment card details.

5. Discontinued stock

Items that have been discontinued will be removed from the online store as soon as they go out of stock. However, we may be unable to fulfil orders that were placed before this time. Customers will be notified of any items that we are no longer able to provide, and be an alternative product or a refund.

7. Cancellation & Returns

We offer a money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods and if they are returned to us, unused and in the same condition as which they left us, then we will refund your money, minus shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns should be in a unopened package, re-saleable condition or a restocking fee may apply. Faulty or damaged goods on receipt of order must be notified to us within 3 days via email or telephone, upon receipt of notification we will contact you.
