At St David’s Hospice, we care for adults living with life-limiting illnesses across Anglesey, Conwy and Gwynedd. Whether you’re managing complex symptoms, seeking respite, or planning for end-of-life care, our expert teams provide compassionate support tailored to your needs right here in your local community.
All our hospice services are completely free of charge. There are no costs to you or your family for inpatient care, day therapy, or any of the emotional and practical support we offer.
Our care extends beyond patients to their families and carers too. We understand the challenges you face and provide counselling, complementary therapies, respite opportunities and bereavement support to help you feel less alone on this journey.

Day therapy and support in Llandudno, Bangor and Holyhead to help you stay independent, manage symptoms and enjoy time with others.
You don’t have to cope with this on your own. We’re here for you too.
Each referral will then be screened to see if the services are appropriate for the indivdual. Arrangements are then made for an initial assessment where a health care plan is formulated based on patient needs.
