The support we receive from a wide range of grant-giving bodies every year funds invaluable equipment, services or materials, and supports the development of innovative new projects. This allows us to continue to provide the best possible care.
Thanks to generous funding from UKSPF Conwy Community Regeneration Key Fund (Conwy County Borough Council), The Wolfson Foundation, The Ratcliff Foundation, and Gwynt Y Môr, we’re embarking on a major development project at our Llandudno hospice. This will bring vital improvements to our day centre and inpatient unit, ensuring we can offer even better care.
We are delighted to announce that Phases 1 and 2 have now been completed and we are proud to be able to welcome patients and their loved ones to two greatly improved areas. We have now opened our patient and family room and the Plaza space.
