24-hour specialist care for people who need symptom control, pain management or end-of-life care in a safe, supportive hospice environment.
Supportive daytime services that help patients live as well as possible, for as long as possible - combining clinical care, therapies and social connection.
Practical, emotional and therapeutic support for those caring for a loved one - carer support, counselling and bereavement services.
Our hospice care is provided completely free of charge to patients and their families, but it is not free to deliver.

When I approached the door to Hafan Dewi Sant, I made a sudden stop,” Pat recalls. “I read the sign, and the word ‘Hospice’ really stood out to me. But I said to myself, ‘No, come on, give it a try.’ If I had turned around and left, I doubt I would have ever come back.”
Stepping inside, Pat’s fears were immediately put to rest. “When I entered the centre, I could immediately see what a wonderful place it was. It’s bright and fun. I enjoy coming and look forward to my visits — I’d never, ever thought I would say that.”
