This December, we are asking you to wear your festive knits and acessories to help us raise the much-needed funds for patient care services, by hosting your own Jolly Jumper Day.

Anyone can get involved in Jolly Jumpers! Even your pets!
Whether you would like to take part with your friends, colleagues or classmates we would be so grateful for your support!
You pick the date & time of your Jolly Jumper Day and our hospice eleves will supply you with everything you need to make it a sucess, including posters and promotional materials.
